Founders Centennial IPA

27 Mar

We’re fans of Founders through their porters and stouts do when we had the chance to try an IPA we were delighted as well as apprehensive. Could they make a beer a west coast favorite?

The answer is….Yes. A think white heads filled with floral notes sits atop of a golden color ale. The nose is filled with Centennial dry hopping goodness of fresh cut oranges and other tangy citrus fruits. First sips reveal not so much bitterness but an almost 100% balanced beer that is slightly hop forward.
